"I have stayed here multiple times before and/or after an early/late flight. Service has always been great. Ron has assisted us on multiple occasions. He has always been helpful & pleasant. He went above & beyond this time, finding giant Ziploc bags, filling them with ice and assuring me he would help with any other needs while he was on shift throughout the night, no matter the time to help with an injury that occurred just before check in. Thank you for providing calm & reassurance during a stressful time! "
